I am wondering just how much good scouting helps. I had the top scouting ranking throughout the entire year, and the next year, it seems as if everyone seems to see about the same that I do, despite having considerably lower rankings in scouting. Is there any real advantage to spending on scouting? Also, I had a rookie who had an A in contact, and then, right before the season started, it went down to a B+, this also after I maintained the top scouting for an entire season. What gives?
