The Jim Rice Baseball League will begin in 3 days.
60-game/day sim
not equalized
no computer trades; must check team every 4 days
since not equalized, franchise player(s) established for small- and smaller-market teams.
Cash bonuses for winning division, LCS and World Series - higher for small market teams
3 franchise players for: Mil, Min, Mtl, Oak
2 franchise player for: Phi, Fla, Pit, Cin, Chi (nl), SD, KC, Det, Ana
1 franchise player for all other teams
