Ummm, that one is more than likely NOT coming, it's called tropical storm (not even a hurricane) Phillipe, and it has been around longer than Rita. It has been heading North and by all computer models, poses no threat to the United States. No need to go and get people all riled up without doing 45 seconds of research first.
