For those commish's who are trying to get people to play in your league, try spending a few minutes telling the prospect the rules and guidelines of your league. For instance, the following should be in every post soliciting people for your league:
Is this an Equalized or Non-Equalized league?
Is there a salary cap?
For new leagues, are there any special salary rules (i.e. 2 free cuts, designate a franchise player, etc)
Is there any revenue sharing?
Is this a 'shuffle' league?
How many games does the league sim?
Is this a weekday or 7-day sim?
What timezone is the game sim'd?
If a commisioner won't spend the time to post this basic information about his league, then I'm going to assume the commissioner doesn't care much about the league -- and I'm not gonna join. I'm sure I'm not alone in this regard.
