Taking jhkoenig's advice, I give you the pertinent info on the Jim Rice Baseball League, which will start as soon as we get 20 owners (currently at six for this new-concept league)

Is this an Equalized or Non-Equalized league?
Non-equalized

Is there a salary cap?
No

For new leagues, are there any special salary rules (i.e. 2 free cuts, designate a franchise player, etc):
Perks galore ... franchise player, playoff performance point bonuses, and point bonuses for active bulletin board participation - the more dish you dish, the more active you are, the more points you can earn

Is there any revenue sharing?
No

Is this a 'shuffle' league?
No - inherited normally, but you'll get to make free drops before the league starts

How many games does the league sim?
60/day

Is this a weekday or 7-day sim?
7-day sim

What timezone is the game sim'd?
Pacific so you late East Coasters can make changes when you get home
