Editing Team Expenses as Commish

Is there a way to edit other team's expenses as a commish? In Fistful Of Dollars, there is a 250-point expenses cap, but one of the computer teams (Chicago-AL) has 319 expenses. Is there a way to edit this, other than reducing their cash to a negative amount? Thanks.

Not at this time, unfortunately. Other than the individual GM, the only people who can do that are Clay, James, Dee, and Ian, as they have special administrator accounts that let them do anything :)
