So now that Clay released the final patch of Baseball Mogul 2006, I decided to try one more dynasty. I thought, hey, why not start one the year I was born, and try and win a World Series before the real life orginization does it.

Series One @ Twins

Game One:
Twins scored 2 runs in the eigth to win 3-2. Roger Clemens went 7.2 innings giving up 3 runs, but it wasn't enough.

Trade: After the game a trade went through between the Boston Red Sox and the Milwaukee Brewers. Steve Lyons, the aging 1B was sent to the Brewers in exchange for 19 year old 2B prospect Eddy Diaz.

Game Two:
Harris pitched a complete game shutout allowing just 4 hits to give the Red Sox the win 4-0. SS Rivera went 3-4 for the Red Sox.

Game Three:
The Twins took the last game of the series 4-2. The Twins were leading 4-0 by the 5th inning and that was were Young was taking out of the game. He allowed 10 hits. The Red Sox scored 2 in the 7th but that was it. The Twins won 4-2.

Series Two: Boston Red Sox (1-2) @ Oakland Athletics (1-2)

Game One: A fifthe inning 4 run explosion puts the A's a top of the Red Sox 4-3. That was the final score. Dopson, the starting pitcher went 4.2 innings, giving up 4 runs.

Game Two: Thank god for pitching. Bolton went 8 innings giving up just a run in 8 innings. The Red Sox won 3-1. Tony Pena went 2-4.

Game Three: A 9th inning comeback allowed the Red Sox to win 8-6 over the Oakland Athletics. The Oakland Athletics had just scored 4 runs in the Bottom of the 8th to gain a 2 run lead. The Red Sox win back to back games for the first time this season.

Series Three: Boston Red Sox (3-3) @ Texas Rangers (2-4)

Game One: Harris only throws 3 innings for the Red Sox. They loose 7-1.

Game Two: Another day, another blowout. This time it was the Red Sox doing the blowing, wait, that didn't sound right. Anyway. The Red Sox won 8-2 and evened their record at 4-4.

Game Three: Again, another late inning comeback. The Red Sox score 3 in the 9th to win 7-4. The Red Sox are now 5-4 and over .500.

Series Four: Boston Red Sox (5-4) @ California Angels (3-6)

Game One: The Red Sox began their last series on this 12 game road trip losing to the California Angels 7-6 in 10 innings. Lance Parrish singled to CF to win the game for the Angels.

Game Two: Hot diggity dog! The Red Sox won Game Two, and thats an understatement. The final score was 18-0. Ellis Burks went 5-7, and Reed went 4-5. Roger Clemens grew his record to 2-1 throwing a CG SO.

Game Three: The Red Sox looked to go back home on a high note. They did just that, winning 10-6. Reed had another huge day going 3-4.

There's nothing like an 18-0 victory. When one of those comes along, everything's right with the world.
