no relievers around 2004-6

Suddenly while playing a league i started in 1914 relief pitchers no longer exist. In the amatuer draft every pitcher is a starter. any help here?

Starters can be converted to relievers and vice versa. I started a game in '51 and Don Larsen entered MLB service as a reliever. I picked him up in a mid-'55 trade and made him my #3 starter, his endurance went from the 30s to 67.

i know you can convert them, but that doesn't answer why there are none to draft. i have played other seasons in the past and not had this problem.

Are there no relievers or are they all gone in the first round or all really bad?
