Problems registering for the Free Online Baseball League.

I click to register and fill out all the info, the site tells me that I will receive a confirmation email but I never received it, Its been two days now. I tried it again today but no luck.

I just registered for the forums with the same email and it worked fine I don’t know why registering for the free online baseball league doesn’t work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
