Photo loading help

HELP!! I downloaded portraits to Prgram Files\Sports Mogul\Baseball 2006\Skins\Sportsmogul\Photos\Portraits; but I can't fathom how to get them into the game. Help says:

If you add a 160x200 pixel bitmap to the directory marked <installdir>/Photos, it can be used by the game for player art. For Scouting Reports, Baseball Mogul first looks in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Portraits/ and then in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Action/. For photos in the Headlines section, the game looks in <installdir>/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Action/ first.

What the heck is a pixel bitmap? And my copy of Baseball Mogul 2006 has no directory marked <installdir> that I can find. Can anyone direct me.

It's "160×200 pixel" and "bitmap", not "pixel bitmap"; <installdir> is the folder where you installed the game. Assuming Program Files\Sports Mogul\Baseball 2006 is where your game is, what you did is correct and pictures should load whenever you start a new career.

If you're already in a career, go to Tools -> Advanced Tools and click either Personalize Photos or Missing Photos.
