What if they had a war and both sides threw a party on xmas ....roasted a couple of pigs ....played some football(soccer) .....drank some booze and promised there new friends that they would fire high and give a warning when attacks were coming in the future.....its enough to make a chicken hawk cringe in anger that the killing wasnt going on.....but it happened in ww1 between british and german troops.....

Things like that used to be fairly common in warfare. But the 1914 Christmas truce was about the last gasp of the cultural outlook that made it possible.

yeah the chivalry and humanity went out the door.......long ago.....its easy to kill someone when you've been brainwashed to believe that they are sub-human animals
