is it possible to have your rating categories weighted for the amatuer draft.
for example, if i valued velocity in pitching propects, can i place it above health and draft accordingly?

Not sure I follow your question, but you can customize the columns on the amateur draft page to show the categories you want, so that when it comes to pitchers, you can be watching for velocity.
