Red, Yellow, Green Dots?

What are those red, yellow or green dots by the players names mean? I can't seem to figure it out? Anyone know. Thanks.

The dots correspond to the trading block, which is accessable under by clicking "Trading Block" from any game screen (it's under "Retract Offer" in the Trades section.

Each team can fill out the trading block. The red dot means they are unwilling to trade that player, yellow means they might trade him, and green means they want to trade him.
