I've found that if I work too fast, I tend to burn out - take it slowly to make sure the quality stays

3) Get the readers involved
I do the prediction contests in my Griffey dynasty for that reason - in my Phillies dynasty I had an expansion meeting, where members made arguments for expansion cities. People will be more likely to read if they're involved in the process
