Jabez - As I mentioned in another thread you wrote, in my previous experience Dee has always responded VERY promptly, and without fuss.
This situation is, I suspect, a first for this company - at least I started here with BM08 and nothing similar to this occurred since. I would not be at all surprised to learn Dee's mailbox is overwhelmed, or even if an e-mail got lost.
By all means keep us posted on how it's going. I'm not sure it'll help get your problem resolved faster, but will...
