Been kinda busy lately. I'm still doing great on the eating part of my weight loss, but the working out... has been bad. It's been 4 days since my last workout. In fairness to me, I have been getting out of the house every day and in fact I went to a huge 500 mile yard sell type event on Friday and Saturday and probably walked a total of 3 miles, so I guess I have been getting some exercise, just not what I've needed to be. I'm also still constantly looking for a job as my savings and 401K i was using to support myself is pretty close to being gone. I've been selling some stuff on eBay, but steady work is really needed. I am happy that I am current at 348 lbs, so despite my laziness lately, my diet is still helping the pounds come off. Very nice to be under the weight that I wold myself years ago that i would never let myself get to, so now I can keep that promise.
That's awesome man. I saw that you went to see The Avengers. I saw it in 3D and it was pretty bad ass. I agree with you about smoking and drinking, as in the past the only times I would ever smoke is when I was hanging out with friends and drinking. Kinda interesting how that works. Keep up the good work, and I will try to climb back up on the horse.
