(15.03) Walk-off single in tie game nets two runs [Fixed 15.04]

Here's the situation. I was the Astros, tied 4-4 with based loaded at home. Alex Cora singles up the middle. According to the recap (attached) this scored a run from third (Jed Lowrie). However, a Marlon Byrd throwing error allowed another run (Jordan Schafer from 2nd) to score on the play, and the final was 6-4. The game obviously should have been over at 5-4 as the home team in the bottom of the ninth.
