Baseball Mogul 2013 Patch (Version 15.09) - Fixes "hang" after free agency

This patch is for anyone experience a "hang" at the start of free agency. In other words, just after completing the contract renewals for your team, the game becomes unresponsive.

If you aren't having this problem, you can stick with Version 15.07.

To install this patch:

1) First, backup your current 'BB2K13.exe' file as follows:
1a) Inside Baseball Mogul 2013, choose 'Open Game Folder' from the Help Menu.
1b) Rename the file named 'BB2K13' (to something like 'BB2K13-backup')

2) Download the attached file.
3) Double-click on the file to unzip it.
4) When it asks where to put the file (BB2K13.exe), choose C:\Sports Mogul\Baseball Mogul 2013\
5) Run Baseball Mogul 2013 normally from the same icon you were using before.

Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem.

Yes I just finished the world series and signed some expiring contract players and then the game locks up and never hits the free agency screen, I am stuck at that point. Does this in both 15.07 and 15.09

Just reloaded 15.07 and still getting stuck after resign phase, same thing in 15.09

On the Help Menu, choose 'About Baseball Mogul' and be sure you are running 15.09.

If not, download the attachment again (it was improperly named before today, which may have caused problems).

We're unable to reproduce this bug in Version 15.09 - in Windows XP or Windows 7.

Can you post your .mog file from before the hang?

Thanks. But I'm still not able to reproduce it. I'm wondering if there's anything "weird" about how you renew contracts? Are you re-signing everyone? Or releasing everyone? Or negotiating extensively with everyone? Or opening multiple Scouting Reports or something?

Also, are you guys running XP?

I have just reinstalled the game on a new hard drive and I am still getting the lockup with both 15.07 and 15.09 on my file.
