WOW! Not another argument about what a strawman is! The word strawman shoud be starred ** out on this forum.
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.

This sort of "reasoning" is fallacious because attacking a distorted version of a position simply does not constitute an attack on the position itself.
    1) As HAC already explained, and I've reiterated, that is actually not how the conversation went, so the discussion of the "drugs are bad" "straw man" is hypothetical and not actually about asianinvasion's post.

    2) Huh? What "position that you never presented" is he attacking? "Marijuana is better than alcohol/cigarettes" is a response directly to "Marijuana is bad", which is the exact position presented. Again, you can claim that the response is irrelevant and/or doesn't sufficiently refute your position, but that does not make it a straw man.

Yes, as stated by multiple people, an argument doesn't become a strawman just because it is irrelevant.

Also, for a second time, you didn't actually say drugs are bad. You said "this country is going to hell." Your invocation of the direction of the country, a country that has allowed the use of alcohol and tobacco for most of its history, makes the comparative harm of different drugs relevant.
