Figured I'd make the thread. We still up for it? Im on vacation for a week starting next Thursday and I won't be able to draft while Im gone. Also do we want to make it a keeper league this year to spice it up.

1) Yahoo or ESPN?

2) Up for a 2 QB league to make QB a more valuable position? (Note: would force us to be 10 teams instead of 12)

3) Up for having 2 D/STs to also make D/ST a more valuable position?

4) Do you want to do keepers? If yes, how many? Or would you want to go the dynasty route (all keepers but 3 players are keepers & each ensuing draft is mostly going to be us picking rookies)

5) Snake draft or auction draft?

6) Deep bench (7+) or shallow bench (5-6)?



After we get some answers to these, I'll start up a league & then we can set up a draft date

2. No. But I prefer making passing TD's 6 pts. I also don't see why you would be forced to have 10 teams? Just make it an offensive flex spot. I played in a 16 team once that used that format.
3. Yes. I don't like individual defensive players though.
